A native of Hong Kong, Tsun-yuet Emmanuel Kwok has established an international career as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician. He has performed across Europe, Asia, and the United States, including more than 30 world premieres of contemporary music, and made his Carnegie Hall solo debut in June 2023. Frequently invited to perform in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Kwok has appeared as a soloist with orchestras such as the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra, Greater North Texas Youth Orchestra, Mansfield Philharmonic, Flower Mound Symphony Orchestra, Coppell Community Orchestra, Collegium Musicum Hong Kong, Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts Academy Orchestra, and Hong Kong Baptist University Symphony Orchestra. Recent and upcoming projects include performing the Dvořák Cello Concerto with the New Life Symphony Orchestra under Johnny Fuller, the Beethoven Triple Concerto with pianist Eldred Marshall and violinist Seowon Lee under Felix Torres with the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra, hosting a cello choir performance at Carnegie Hall, and a recital tour with awarded pianist Xinzhuo Li in the season 2025-26.
An active orchestral musician, Kwok currently serves as Assistant Principal Cellist of the McKinney Philharmonic Orchestra and is a member of both the Dallas Chamber Symphony and the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra. He also performs regularly with the East Texas Symphony Orchestra, Plano Symphony Orchestra, Irving Symphony Orchestra, New Texas Sinfonia, and the Texas Cellos. His distinctions include First Prize at the Hong Kong Music Festival and Second Prize at the National Competition of Asia. Beyond classical performance, Kwok has collaborated with worship ministries and pop artists across Southeast Asia, recording more than ten albums as a solo cellist. He also holds the position of Artist-in-Residence at Prime Music Institute.
Kwok is deeply committed to music education. He is an Adjunct Professor of Cello at Nelson University and Tarrant County College and has previously taught at the Fort Worth Youth Orchestra and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Young Musicians Program. A registered Suzuki cello teacher, he served as full-time faculty at Greenville Suzuki Strings (2021–2023) and the Fort Worth B Sharp Youth Music Program (2015–2020). During his doctoral studies, he was a teaching assistant to renowned cellist Jesús Castro-Balbi, instructing students from music minors to graduate performance majors, and served as Assistant Director of the TCU Cello Ensemble. He has also taught at professional summer music programs, including the Texas Cello School, Dallas Symphony Orchestra Youth Program Summer Camp, Texas Institute for Orchestra Studies, Clear Creek Music Festival (OR), TCU Summer Cello Academy, and Greater North Texas Youth Orchestra Summer Music Intensive. Currently, he is establishing a private cello studio in Lewisville, TX.

His artistic development has been further shaped by coaching from cellists Johannes Moser, Lynn Harrell, Steven Isserlis, Vagram Saradjian, Dmitri Atapine, Maja Bogdanovic, and Li-Wei Qin.
